Supervisory Committee

We welcome your suggestions and ideas. This Suggestion Form is managed by The County Federal Credit Union Supervisory Committee. The Supervisory Committee is comprised of volunteer members who independently value the strength and soundness of the credit union’s operations and activities. Once you fill in the form and submit it, it automatically goes to the members of the Supervisory Committee. Members are encouraged to use this forum to communicate suggestions and any other concerns that they may have. Only Supervisory Committee members have access to the suggestions. Please keep in mind the forms submitted are not monitored daily, and if you have an inquiry or a request having to do with your account that needs timely attention, please call the Member Service Center at 877-318-3838 or email memberservice@countyfcu.org.

Suggestions are reviewed monthly, please allow several weeks for the Supervisory Committee to respond to your suggestion. Thank you for being a member and sharing your suggestions with us!
